- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1/2 cup of fresh sliced mushrooms
- 2 slices of jack cheese
- 1 teaspoon of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of chopped green onion
- 1 slice of 7 grain bread
Saute the mushrooms in hot melted butter for about 3 minutes.
Add the chopped parsley and chopped green onion and saute about 2 more minutes.
Place the cooked mushroom mixture on the bread slice and top with the jack cheese.
Heat in a microwave oven for 2 or 3 minutes.
Serve with sliced fresh fruit
