- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 (10-3/4 ounce) can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 cup of frozen vegetables (green beans, peas, corn, or mixed)
- 16 ounces of tater tots (half a 32 ounce bag)
Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
Cook the ground beef with the onions until the beef is browned and the onions are tender. Pour the mixture into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
Mix the soup with the milk and pour the mixture over he beef in the casserole.
Spread the frozen vegetables over the top then arrange the tater tots evenly over the top.
Bake in the 375 degree oven until thoroughly heated and the tater tots are golden brown.
