Coating Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of Bisquick
- 3 tablespoons of cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Other Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound of chicken parts with skin removed
- 1-1/2 pound of country style pork spareribs
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine all of the coating ingredients.
Dip the country style ribs in the melted butter then in the coating mix
Bake the robs on a rack at 400 degrees for about fifteen minutes.
Dip the skinned chicken pieces in the melted butter then in the coating mix.
Arrange the chicken pieces on the rack next to the ribs.
Bake one hour longer at 400 degrees or until the pork is no longer pink in the center and both the chicken and ribs are crisp.
