- 1 (1 pound) can of baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of rum flavoring
Drain the carrots. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the sugar, rum flavoring, and carrots. Simmer until the sauce just begins to thicken and the carrots are glazed with the sauce mixture.
