- 1-3/4 cups of flour
- 3/4 cup of cornmeal
- 1-1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1/2 cup fo vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup of milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Grease and flour a 9 by 13 inch baking pan or spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix together the flour, cornmeal, salt, baking powder and sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix the milk, beaten eggs and oil.
Gradually add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing as you add them. Be careful not to over-mix, only gently mix the ingredients until they are just blended.
Spread the mixture evenly in the 9 by 13 in pan and bake for 20 or 25 minutes unitl golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center remains dry.

- 2 boxes of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- ingredients for making those mixes
INSTRUCTIONS:
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- grease and flour 9 x 13 inch baking pan
- dump all 3 boxes of mix in a bowl
- add the categoryake mix add-in ingredients
- add the muffin mix add-in ingredients
- pour mixture in pan and bake 28 to 33 minutes.
- serve with butter and honey
