- 1/4 cup of butter
- 4 cups of fresh corn cut off the cob (about 8 ears)
- 1/2 cup of green onion including the green tops, sliced
Melt the butter in a skillet.
Add the corn and sliced green onion to the skillets
Cook, covered, over medium heat, shaking and stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Season withsalt and pepper
