Main Ingredient:
- 1 small celeriac root
Remoulade Sauce Ingredients:
- 7 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- the juice of 1 lemon
Cut one small celeriac root into thin julienne strips about 1 or 2 inches long. Work quickly and add the julienned root to the sauce as you go, to keep it from discoloring.
OPTION: the celeriac can be coarsely grated instead of julienned but it will have a very different texture.
